Ingredients for Bhatura-

Maida Maida - 2 cup.

Sooji/Rava – 2 tbsp.

Ghee- 1tsp.

Salt- 1tsp.

Eno- 1tsp.

Curd- 1/4th Cup.

Water for kneading dough.

Oil for frying.

For Chhole Recipe-

Chole- 200 gm soaked.

Oil- 2-3 tbsp.

Onion- 2 medium.

Tomato- 2 medium.

Green chili- 2.

Ginger- an inch.

Garlic cloves- 5-6.

Bay leaves-2-3.

Cinnamon stick- 2.

Cardamom- 1.

Cloves- 2.

Whole red chilli- 1.

Spices:-

Coriander powder- 1 tsp.

Kashmiri red chili powder- 1 tsp.

Turmeric powder- 1 tsp.

Garam masala- 1/2 tsp.

Black pepper powder- 1/2 tsp.

Dry mango powder- 1/2 tsp.
